By default most Internet Browsers remove background colors and images when printing. To enable/disable this feature follow the steps below.
Internet Explorer
Select Tools → Internet Options
Under the Advanced tab scroll down to Printing and check the box next to “Print background colors and images”.
Click OK
Firefox
Tools → Page Setup
Check the box next to “Print Background (colors & images)” and click OK.
