GPS Insight now has limited support for polygon-shaped Geofences.
This means that you can now draw EXACT geofences around your yard, customer site, drop-off, etc. and report on ONLY that activity.
A large number of reports will ultimately be available, as well as custom ones which may help your exact situation.
Currently you can run a Geofence Inclusion report which shows the vehicles which have visited each of your Polygon Geofences, when they entered, when they exited, and the duration within the Geofence.
You create the Polygon Geofence in Google Earth using aerial photos of your intended Geofence.
Then you format the Polygon Geofence (color, height, lines, opacity) and copy/paste it into our Geofence importer tool. We will have support to right-click/email to polygon@gpsinsight.com in the near future, which will be roughly as quick to create them, and involve fewer steps.
