Run Time Report/Maintenance Alerts
You can find this report under Reports → Activity → Run Time in the GPSI navigation bar.
Setting Up Alert Email Addresses
1. Click on the indicator 
in the Scheduled Alert Options to begin adding emails that you would like to alert.
2. Enter an email address you would like to have alerted and if you are specifying multiple email addresses you can use a comma to delimit them.
3. When done, click Save Changes and your changes will be saved.
Scheduling Maintenance Reminders
1. Click on the indicator in the Next Service column of the GPS Run Time dialog to setup a scheduled reminder or enter service history.
2. Enter the mileage/hours for your next servicing and click Schedule Now.
