Can I make the map auto-refresh?
Currently, the standard mapping does not “auto-refresh.” In order to see the vehicles’ location change, subscribe to the enhanced 2-D or 3-D mapping offered by GPS Insight. Based on the number of vehicles in the fleet, there is a reasonable upgrade charge per vehicle, per month. These fees range from $3 to $12 depending on which mapping is chosen (or both), and the number of vehicles (between 1 and 200+).
Please contact your salesperson for pricing information. GPS Insight is always happy to give a trial period to see if this enhanced mapping is the solution you are looking for. Every new account is given 2 weeks to try both types of enhanced mapping.
