GPS Insight can configure your account to deliver scheduled reports to your FTP server. Complete the following steps to set up FTP delivery:
1. Send the following information to support@gpsinsight.com:
- GPS Insight usernames whose scheduled reports should be sent to the server.
- FTP server name
- FTP username
- FTP password
2. Add the FTP server to the Email Addresses section of the Scheduled Reports. Enter it as ftp. Make sure to click Schedule Report to save the change.
(Note: You can still have the reports emailed. It will simply deliver to the FTP server as well.)
(Note: If you add a new user to your account and want them to be added to the configuration, be sure to email their username to us.)
