GPSInsight.com is designed to work in any web browser. This allows users to access it from any computer.
However, web browsers often disallow certain types of pop-up pages (our reports, maps) because they are mistakenly perceived as security risks.
In order to allow gpsinsight.com to work properly with Microsoft Internet Explorer, users must add the site to the “Trusted Sites” area of Internet Explorer.
- Access Internet Options - from the Tools menu, select Internet Options:
- From the Internet Options window, select the Security tab:
- In the Security tab, select the Trusted Sites section and click “Sites”:
- This step must be completed FIRST:
- make sure the “Required server verification(https:) for all in this zone” checkbox is unchecked
- In the field labeled Add this Web site to the zone, type: *.gpsinsight.com and click the Add button
- Then repeat with typing *.networkcar.com and *.networkfleet.com in the same field and click the Add button for each
- When complete, click “Close” on the trusted sites dialog.
- Next, confirm that the Trusted Sites area is still selected and move the Security level slider bar down to low. Click “Apply” and then “OK” on the Internet Options dialog in order to save the changes
