This wiki will show you how to:
- Create a landmark group
- Add landmarks to a group or edit a group
- Assign users to landmark groups
Create a landmark group
1. To create a Landmark Group go to Mapping – Landmarks – Groups and click Edit Groups.
2. At the bottom of the Landmark Groups list click Create New: Landmark Group.
3. Name the group and click Create Landmark Group.
4. To see your new group you may need to click the refresh icon.
Add landmarks to a group or edit a group
You can add landmarks to a group by clicking the edit icon or by dragging the landmark to the group.
To add landmarks through the edit icon
1. To add landmarks to the group or edit a group click the edit icon (in the middle).
2. Select the landmark on the right and click Add. (Or select the landmark on the left and click remove). Save the group.
To add landmarks by dragging the landmark to the group
1. Click on the landmark in the Landmark List and drag it to the group.
Assign users to landmark groups
You can add/remove users by clicking the edit icon beside their names or by dragging them to the group.
To assign users through the edit icon
1. Click on the edit icon beside the name.
Note: The access permissions you see listed under Drag Action will not apply when you assign the user this way. Instead you will assign permissions in the next step.
2. Click on a group(s) on the right and click add (or click on a group on the left and click remove). Save.
3. To assign permissions click on the pencil icon beside the landmark group.
4. Choose user permissions for this group and click Save Changes.
Rename allows the user to rename landmarks. Renamed landmarks will remain in the group under the new name.
Add/Remove allows the user to add or remove landmarks from this group.
Re-Share allows the user to assign this landmark group to other users.
To assign users by dragging them to a group
1. At Drag Action select if you are adding the user to or removing the user from the group.
2. Select permissions for the user.
3. Click on the user and drag them to the group.
