One way to create a landmark is by address.

Create a landmark by Address
Go to Mapping – Landmarks – Modify and click Manage Landmarks.
(Note: You will use this same page to edit landmarks.)
1. Enter the address and click Go To Address. Or...
...locate it on the map. Zoom in to the location and click on that area.
The address will appear in the Address field and a landmark will appear over the location. You can adjust the landmark by dragging the red icon. (If the Reverse-Geocode box is checked the address will adjust as you drag the red icon)
2. Name the landmark. You can adjust the size of the landmark by changing its Radius. You can also choose a color and altitude (how tall the landmark will appear in 3D).
3. To adjust the shape of the landmark select polygon as the Shape. Then define the landmark borders.
4. You can add the landmark to an existing landmark group(s). Then Save Landmark.
Edit a Landmark
1. Find your landmark in the Select Landmarks panel. Click Load Landmark.
2. Make your changes. Be sure to Save Landmark when you’re finished.
You can also edit a landmark from the Landmark List on the Groups tab.
Click on the pencil icon next to the landmark in the Landmark List.
It will take you to the same page you use to create landmarks. Remember to Save Landmark after making your changes.
Delete a landmark
1. Use the Delete tab to delete a landmark.
(Note: On the GPS Insight bar go to Mapping – Landmarks – Modify and click Manage Landmarks to see these options at the top of the page.)
2. Click on the garbage can icon next to the landmark in the Landmark List.
