How you recalibrate an odometer reading depends on the type of unit.
For 3400 and 3500 Units:
If the odometer needs to be adjusted downward, please email your request to support@gpsinsight.com.
To adjust an odometer reading upward Switch to Classic View on the Home screen:
1. Move the mouse over Vehicle Management and click on View Vehicles.
2. Click on the vehicle you want to update.
3. Click Edit next to Odometer.
4. Enter the New Odometer reading and click Submit.
For GO-3000, GPSI-4000, and other GPS Insight units:
1. Move the mouse over Account, then Admin, then Vehicles and click on Open.
2. Find the vehicle you want to update in the Vehicle List. Click on the pencil icon.
3. In the Known Odometer Waypoint box enter the new Odometer reading and click Save Waypoint.
Note: The Date/Time field can be modified to reflect the exact date and time the odometer reading was taken.
