To select specific dates, first be sure that no dates are highlighted. The default date that appears whenever running reports and maps is today’s date. To clear today as the selection, click on the date or the ‘T’ (Today). If the date is not un-highlighted then all the dates between today and the day you select in the past will be selected.
This will then clear your selection.
Once no dates are highlighted, select the beginning and end date of the desired time period. This will highlight the dates selected and everything in-between.
To select an entire month click on the name of the month.
