To setup scheduled reports along with reminders on the Dashboard that will allow you to keep track of maintenance that is needed for vehicles follow the instructions below.

First, to define the different services that are needed to be scheduled for vehicles, go to the top of the screen and select ‘Account’ → ‘Scheduled’ → ‘Maintenance’ → ‘Open’.

From here, select the plus sign next to the vehicle for which a maintenance schedule is needed. (Note: additional maintenance schedules such as oil change, tire rotation, etc. can be added by selecting the plus sign again after completing an addition).

After editing/adding reminders for vehicles, select ‘Scheduled Reports’ at the top of the screen. From the ‘Scheduled Reports’ page click on the ‘Service Reminders’ report to schedule a report that can be emailed daily/weekly/monthly as necessary.

Lastly, to place an alert on the Dashboard View of the account, return to the main account screen (Dashboard View). From here, select ‘Service Reminders’ dashlet from the Available Dashlets black box. Drag and drop the dashlet onto the screen. From this dashlet all vehicles can be chosen to alert the user as to when a vehicle is due for maintenance.
