Why does the bottom half of the browser show up as ‘Page cannot be found’?
This happens when trusted sites area of the web browser are not set up correctly. The instructions are documented in how_and_why_do_i_configure_trusted_sites_to_work_with_gps_insight. Pay close attention to uncheck the “Require server verification (https:) for all in this zone” checkbox. If this box is still checked, *.gpsinsight.com and *.networkcar.com sites will start with “https:” and will not load properly. Uncheck the box, delete the sites, and then re-add them. You will then need to refresh your browser (F5 or the refresh button) and the bottom half of the screen will now appear. If you are still having issues log out and then log back in. This will ensure that the trusted sites are now setup properly.
