If you can see vehicle icons but the map does not load (see the example below), your computer is not accessing the necessary map servers.


Here are a few things you can try:

A. If you’re using Internet Explorer 7 or 8, make sure networkcar.com, networkfleet.com and globexplorer.com are not restricted sites.

Go to Tools – Internet Options – Security. Select Restricted Sites and then click Sites. Remove anything in the Websites box that ends in networkcar.com, networkfleet.com or globexplorer.com. After you close out of those screens, you may need to refresh your screen for the map to appear.


B. Look at your browser’s address bar. If it starts https: modify it by removing the “s” so it reads http: then press Enter. The screen will refresh and the map may now appear.


If neither of the above steps resolves the issue consult the IT staff within your company to address the following:

Ensure that these IP addresses and/or server names are accessible through your firewall and router and are not being blocked by your internet service provider:
